How to change personal details, like mobile number, email id etc.

A) If Mobile no is not updated but security questions are entered:

 

1. Enter the given Observer code and password.
2. Click on Login.
3. The user will be redirected to the Change Password screen.
4. Enter Old Password
5. Type New Password and then Retype your new password.
6. Click on Save, to proceed further.
7. Answer the security questions which are already entered by observers in previous election duties.
8. Click on the Submit button, to save the changes you have made and then you can update your personal details including mobile no.

B) If Mobile no is not updated and Security questions are also not entered:

Please send mail to Support Team on genesys@eci.gov.in from your official Email ID, which must include your Observer code and current Mobile number. Or observers can contact Call Center to get the required support. In order to provide the proper resolution, the agent would require some personal details from the observer to authenticate/ verify the identity of the observer.

Required Information:

1. Name
2. Address
3. Old Registered Mobile Number
4. Current Mobile Number
