How to change personal details, like mobile number, email id etc.

Please send mail to Support Team on email@example.com from your official Email ID, which must include your Observer code and current Mobile number. Or observers can contact Call Center to get the required support. In order to provide the proper resolution, the agent would require some personal details from the observer to authenticate/ verify the identity of the observer.
On the portal, at the left bottom there is a button Eci Tech Support to raise a Ticket. Clicking on which it opens a form, which can be filled and after clicking "New Ticket" the message will come to us and it would get corrected. Use your official Email id .
